The greatest advice ever given to me in church planting was the following comment made by my good friend and former pastor: "We all know that 75% of new church plants fail. Well here is a sure fire way for Mosaic Arlington (or Sheffield) NOT to fail. Love People. Love people period. For Love never fails!" That was simple and yet it was a great word for our small community as we set sail on the seas of missional church planting. Many nights I have thought about giving up but I can't. I love too much. I believe you guys also will love so much that everything Mo Shef puts it's hands to will succeed. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all! We are very excited for your start.
