I work at the University of Missouri at the Baptist Student Union. I was involved here as a student for 4 years, and then have been on staff for the last two. After this school year I am moving to Kentucky to go to seminary :-)

Your food looks amazing!! And its funny, because even though the UK and US are obviously similar in many ways, and our food is very similar, you can tell there are still some small differences. I can't imagine us having a plum dessert here! I agree with Deana.. the first melon and berry dish sounds great! I would have never thought to combine those things!
