Rachel, Wow you live in a beautiful place. I would love to visit sometime. If I posted pictures of where I live you would be very unimpressed!

Hi Tina. Hmmm, I think Rachel’s pictures might be making the city look a bit better than it really is! (Or at least just showing the best parts!) The Peak District is definitely beautiful though.
We cheated with the pics - they are links to pictures outside of the site. We are working on getting the picture function up and running as soon as possible though. If you want to add pictures the way we have here though, then within your Write Post page, click on the little icon with the tree in it and paste in the location of the image in the “Image URL” box. Come back to me if you want any more help.

Thanks Sam! You guys are doing a great job. I am so impressed with the fact we have only been up 7 days AND we are working with a team that is mostly volunteer. Kudos to you!!!

just in the neighbourhood and thought i’d say hi.
i love those pictures.they actually made me feel different when i looked at them. esp, the first two and the one with the rocks.i felt like i was there and just that feeling of being in awe.beautiful!!! i cant beleive i live in the same place…i need to go out more
